Hey, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we have the REESE Cargo Carrier. This is gonna be a 24-inch by 60-inch carrier and we're gonna take a look at how it fits here on our 2023 Chevrolet Equinox. This is a steel cargo basket with a 500-pound evenly distributed weight capacity, which means that you can carry a lot of things with this basket, expands your cargo space on your Equinox. Ideal for if you want to carry cargo that might be a little dirty, sandy or messy and you don't want it messing up the interior of your vehicle or if you wanna make it easier to lift up into the basket versus having to lift it into your hatch. This is actually a pretty good fit with the Equinox because it does have a little bit of a rise, and since you don't have much ground clearance with this vehicle, this is gonna help you out. Hi everyone. Aidan here with etrailer and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods Compact Cargo Carrier on the back of our 2024 Chevrolet Traverse Limited. Now, this is going to be a great way to carry some extra stuff with you when you're going on your trips, especially if you've got that third row of seats up, cargo space in the back is quite limited, and with this being a smaller carrier, it is still gonna be quite capable. It's got a 500 pound weight capacity and steel construction, so plenty strong. And the biggest thing to watch out for is the dimensions. Side to side, it's still gonna be a fairly wide carrier, coming in at 51 and a half inches of usable space. more

Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods Hitch-Mounted Aluminum Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2024 Chevrolet Traverse Limited. Now the cargo carrier is gonna be a great way to carry extra stuff with you, especially in our Traverse, if you've got that third row seats up, cargo space is limited. So if you're going on a trip with some people, you gotta put the stuff somewhere. And for me, the hitch is one of the best places you can put it because you've got a good weight capacity and a good amount of space. To be more specific with that space, our usable dimensions, front to back, are 20 1/2 inches, and from side to side, we're working with 47 1/2 inches. more

Now, a cargo carrier is a great way to get some extra stuff with you on either a road trip, or just carry some messy stuff with you that you don't wanna put in your vehicle, say, trips to the hardware store, bags of mulch, concrete, soil, things that tend to rip and make a mess, you can keep it out here. I know my father-in-law personally uses his a lot for stuff like that, because it's a lot easier to clean this off with the hose than it is to vacuum out the carpet in your vehicle. But this option from REESE is going to be a pretty good entry-level choice, because there's not a whole lot to it, but it does offer you a good amount of space. more

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Reese cargo carrier basket, which is 24 by 60 inches large, and we'll see how it fits on our 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. So major things about the Reese Cargo carrier with this truck is that if you have a two and a half inch hitch like what we have here, you are gonna need a separate hitch reducer in order to fit the two inch shank of our cargo carrier. And if you're looking for a cargo carrier where you can still lower your tailgates and have a platform that is easier to reach compared to your truck bed, then this might be a good option for you. So maybe you're going hunting, you need to load stuff onto the basket. We're gonna have a difference in height as well as clearance. more

Hi, Matt with etrailer and today when we talk about the Yakima Swing Away EXO system on a 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. Now this gonna be a great option for you if you're looking for something that's gonna help you store a lot more items on your vehicle since we are gonna limited on space back here. And if you don't wanna put anything on top of your roof 'cause it can be a little bit of a hassle to reach up there and grab, this is gonna be a great way to store any of that stuff. And it's also gonna be great for you if you're going out camping since this can swing away, allowing you a lot of hatch access for extended periods of time. Now taking a closer look at the top section we have here, we're gonna have the Gear Warrior Cargo carrier on top and that's gonna be a great option for you for any of those larger items that you don't mind getting wet. Now if you do put anything up here, I do recommend strapping them down so they you don't fly off and it's gonna have a lot of great tie-down points on it. more

CURT Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Chevrolet Equinox- Video
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we have the CURT steel folding cargo carrier, and we're gonna take a look at how it fits on our 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. So a lot of people like the folding cargo carrier because since this carrier is made of steel people don't wanna take it off and on of their vehicle more often than they have to. So because it folds up, they can keep it on their car and they don't take up much space as if it was folded down. Now the downsides to this though is if you can see how it fits here on our Equinox, you can see that it takes up a good amount of width, but definitely the height. So if I wanted to open up our hatch here, I would not be able to. more

Flint Hill Goods Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Chevrolet Equinox- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we'll be talking about how the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier with a 60-inch long ramp fits on the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. So this cargo carrier is pretty unique because it is made of aluminum, so it is lightweight, but it still has a really long ramp. With how it works with the Equinox, some things to keep in mind is I like how low to the ground it sits making it easier for the incline to ramp things up into their carrier. The downside is you are gonna have to have a two-inch hitch receiver and make sure you have enough tongue weight for those heavier items. Also, you are gonna lose access to your hatch once something is loaded up onto that ramp. So with all that being known or being said, if you still think this is gonna be a good fit for you let's take a look at how it works. more

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we're gonna take a look at how the Flint Hill Goods 60 by 22 Aluminum Cargo Carrier fits on the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. So an aluminum cargo carrier is awesome if you need a little extra space, but you don't wanna put your cargo inside of your vehicle, you want it more accessible, and you want the cargo carrier to be lightweight to make it easier to install. That's where this one comes in handy. It's 60 by 22, meaning you have a lot of width, an okay amount of length for the carrier, and it is lightweight and corrosion resistant, you can leave it on your car and not have to worry about it. We're gonna focus on how it fits here on our Equinox. And the main thing for me with cargo carriers is how easy is it to install, how much space do I have for cargo, can I open up the hatch on our Equinox So in our case here, this sits straight out, and if you wanna open up your hatch, look at how much space it takes to lift that door up. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our Yakima EXO Swing Away cargo system on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now this particular kit's gonna come with the Gear Warrior basket on the bottom as well as the gear locker box on the top and you can swap these positions if you want to. You are gonna get a little extra weight capacity by having the basket on the bottom. This is gonna be nice for a mix of cargo. We're gonna have some of our heavier items and maybe some of our messier items in the basket on the bottom. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima EXO system. This particular kit is gonna be with the gear locker box on bottom and the ski carrier up top. This is gonna be on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. This kit is gonna be great for those winter months when you're going to the slopes, you can carry your skis and your snowboards up top right here where it's way easier to access than something like a roof box or a roof mounted ski carrier. And then we still have a box below that where we can lock up some of our gear, have it enclosed from the elements and locked up safe and sound. more

Hey, everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at our etrailer Aluminum Cargo Carrier on our 2021 Chevy Traverse. Right away we take a look, we have a nice aluminum cargo basket here and what that's gonna do, you know, we start getting our seats up, we start piling a lot of stuff in the back, road trips become excessive, we need a little extra room, the kids need a little extra room to breathe, we're gonna actually store our cargo in the back of our vehicle and that's going to be quite nice. Now this is made of a lightweight aluminum, that's gonna make it really nice and easy to install, very low weight. However, it's also gonna have a nice 500-pound capacity rating so you're not actually risking any of your weight capacity by going for the lightweight model. Now, with any hitch-mounted accessory, we are gonna add some length to our vehicle. more

Now this cargo carrier like most cars here, is gonna be a good way get the gear out of your vehicle add where there is more leg room for everybody in there on those longer trips that just Makes everybody happier over all. Or if you wanna carry like muddy, dirty gear you can throw it back here and its way easier to spray this off with a hose than it is to get in the interior of your vehicle with a vacuum and kinda detail there. Now, it is made up of black powdered coat steel, so its gonna hold up and it can hold up to 500 pounds. So, its very strong, just make sure you don't go over that. more

Clayton: Hey everyone, Clayton here at etrailer.com, and today we'll be taking a look at the etrailer Aluminum Cargo Carrier for our 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. You might be asking yourself, why do I need a cargo carrier if I have a truck A lot of times, coolers and other things will take up a lot of room and we can get those out of our bed and onto our cargo carrier. And if we're using something tall, and we have a tonneau cover, we can put it back here and it'll go higher than it will if we had a tonneau cover. Although this cargo carrier is made out of aluminum, it still has a nice 500 pound weight capacity, so that's going to be plenty of weight to get anything we might want to take with us on the back of our truck. One thing I like about this cargo carrier is the shape of all of our support beams, it's really easy to get a tie down strap around and secure any of our luggage.Our cargo carrier, the actual usable space, is going to be 58 inches long, 20 and a half inches wide, and six inches deep. Another measurement you want to keep in mind is a measurement from the ground to the back of our cargo carrier. more
